Now we’re open and taking appointments, the easiest way to book is to email us mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org Whilst we’re operating in shifts we won’t be answering the salon phone until the end of each shift so please leave your name, number and the time and date you’d like an appointment.
Online booking will be operational shortly. Due to our working week being reduced by 25% we will require a deposit.
The new salon norm
When you come to the salon you will experience some changes. Don’t worry we’re all getting used to it!
Please observe social distancing measures in our salon.
Our team will be following any relevant guidance regarding PPE including the use of Visors.
Wearing your own face covering is optional.
Our team will greet you without close contact.
On arrival, please wait in the reception area so we can safely check you in. Use hand sanitiser or wash your hands with soap and water. We will provide these facilities.
We are following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bins provided after use.
Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients.
We won’t be providing refreshment other than water. Please DO NOT bring your own food or refereshment.
The team will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms etc regularly.
Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.
We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item.
We will accept cash but where possible please pay with contactless or by card.
Don’t pass on cash tips hand-to-hand – use the containers provided.
Limit the number of coats and bags you bring to your appointment.
Please attend your appointment alone where possible.
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment.
May we ask that you respect our stylists time – any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge of the total bill.
It seems a lot but as long as we have your up to date email address, you will receive an appointment reminder with an explanation of what to expect when you visit us. Also there will be a link to a Covid 19 consultation form, please follow the link and complete the form for our records.

Revised Salon Opening Hours
Material will be open from Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm.
To maintain social distancing we will be working in two set teams using rotating shifts from 9 – 2pm and 2.30 – 7.30pm. The teams are:
