Online booking – will reopen after all existing reservations and wait list requests have been honoured.
Extra Health & Safety Measures: What to Expect
Our team will be following any relevant guidance regarding PPE
Please consider wearing your own face covering
We will provide face masks/coverings as necessary
Our team will greet you without close contact
On arrival, please wait in the reception area so we can safely check you in
Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser.
We will provide these facilities.
Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use.
Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients.
We won’t be providing refreshment other than water but please feel free to bring a coffee etc.
Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.
Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.
We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item.
We will accept cash but when possible please pay with a card (contactless where possible).
Revised Salon Opening Hours
Material will be open from Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm.
To maintain social distancing we will be working in two set teams using rotating shifts from 9 – 2pm and 2.30 – 7.30pm.
The teams are:

Changes To Services
Cutting – No changes. Give us a heads up if you’re planning a dramatic change!
Classic lights – We’re allowing an extra 15 minutes per service and you may need a toner to achieve an even and consistent blend. No prior consultation needed unless you are planning a major change.
Balayage, Ombre, Pre lightning, Full colour, Full colour & lights, Root refresh, Colour Transformation or Coloured you own hair since lockdown – we would like to organise a Zoom consultation before making appointments or ask that you send photos to us so we can assess and book the right services and amount of time.
Been 6 months since your last colour with us? We will need to skin test you.
To help us all stay safe please…
Touch as little as possible and avoid touching retail displays
Sneeze and cough into tissues and dispose of the tissues immediately
Wash or sanitise hands, for example, after coughing/sneezing or going to the loo
Pay using contactless
Don’t pass on cash tips hand-to-hand – use the containers provided
Limit the number of coats and bags you bring to your appointment
Attend your appointment on your own, there won’t be provision to seat anyone not having their hair done.

Waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus.
Or have tested positive for coronavirus.
You have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID 19).
If you live with someone who:
Is waiting for a coronavirus test result.
Has tested positive for coronavirus.
Has symptoms of coronavirus (COVID 19).
As the hair & beauty industry are still waiting for confirmed guidelines from UK Gov, everything we’ve put into place is subject to change. If that does happen we will do our utmost to give you fair warning and keep disruption to a minimum.
