Neutral-Beauty-Collection-3Neutral Beauty A/W 2016 Collection Hair Inspiration

Neutral Beauty A/W 2016 Collection celebrates androgyny, nude make up and understated colour. Influenced by the late great Vidal Sassoon’s Iconic cut on Mia Farrow in classic 60’s film Rosemary’s Baby, Kathryn’s cut is Paul’s take on the ever popular Pixie cut. The shape is masculine in form but heavily texturised to soften and feminise. Nicole’s clever use of denim colour in the short strong fringe provides a stunning focal point to this precision cut.

Cleansed, conditioned and styled using Philip Kingsley products.

For the hairdressers

For Kathryn’s hair our colourist Nicole used Wella Colour Touch 2/8 as a base colour. A freehand painting technique was used to subtly lighten areas in the front then Wella Instamatics Ocean Storm & Special Mix 0/88 was used to tone.

Our stylist Paul precision cut Kathryn’s hair, combining classic round graduation with seamless textured layering and a short, structured, rounded fringe with a soft edge.
